D Fadnavis Appealed, How Can Juvenile Board Give Such Order on Pune Porsche Crash Case

17 years Old young boy was driving Porche, and the police also claims that the boy was drunk when he bashed into two IT Professionals who were spot dead in Kalyani Nagar, Pune

D Fadnavis was shocked that how come such a judgement is given by the Juvenile Board. The Boy was bailed within 15 hours and also was given a punishment of writing a 300 words essay on the accident and counselling on alcohol consumption and working for 15 days with Traffic Police.

Deputy CM of Maharashtra is damned to hear such a judgement given by the Juvenile Justice Board.

They have appealed to the District Court against the JJ (Juvenile Board) as it is a huge public outrage.

The Minor (17 years Old) is a son of a Realtor in Pune and he was partying with 10-12 friends of his on Saturday Night. He had been to two restaurants and he was served alcohol despite being a Minor.

The Boy was granted bail within 15 hours of the arrest and his father is taken into custody for willful neglect of a child, or exposing a child to mental or physical illnesses.
