Jeff Bezos Is Going To Travel Space For The First Time

“Ever since I was five years old, I’ve dreamed of traveling to space,” Bezos, It sound crazy but we always say that dreams come true and Jeff Bezos dream will come true on 20th June, As he is going to travel space.

Jeff Bezos is the richest man, former Amazon CEO and blue origin’s CEO with the net worth of $187 billion. Now he will follow suit, Bezo’s trip will include his brother Mark, an 82 year old female pilot Wally Funk and one more person who won the ticket in an online auction.

After six years of extensive and often secretive testing of the rocket now it’s all set to travel to the space. In May Blue Origin announced that they are preparing to put the first passengers in a New Shepard Capsule. Capsule is a six-seater and 59 foot rocket; it is a 11-minute space flight that will reach more than 60 miles above the Earth. Though the company has not finalized the amount, that how much it will sell regular tickets. Blue Origin stated that ‘’ one seat will be given to the winner of a month-long auction that’s currently in progress. The bidding was at $2.8 million, but it hit $3.2 million after Blue Origin’s announcement’’.

Blue Origin is also working to develop a towering rocket known as New Glenn, which will work on sending the US Government and the commercial satellites to Orbit.

Blue Origin is doing great as the company also hoped in NASA’s plan to return humans to the moon by 2024. Though, SpaceX bested in for a contract to build the lunar landar. But Blue Origin is protesting that contact design. Though NASA has also said that Blue Origin is eligible to bid to work on future missions. Jeff Bezos called Blue Origin as “the most important work I’m doing,” though he has not previously been open about whether he personally would like to travel to space.

Jeff Bezos stated that ‘’ “I’m interested in space because I’m passionate about it’’. I’m pursuing this work because I believe if we don’t, we will eventually end up with a civilization of stasis, which I find very demoralizing.”
